Help Desk TechnicianJST is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team. The Help Desk Specialist will provide local and remote Technical Support Services for end user support.This is a full-time position on-site in Hurlburt Field, FL. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture.Help Desk Technician ResponsibilitiesProvide a total customer support service as a single point of contact for all issues relating to IT and IS servicesProvide local and remote Technical Support Services for end user supportMaintain and return customers to normal IT Operations with the smallest possible impactProvide support for IT Solutions software and hardware service requests and incidentsResolve service desk ticketsTier I aids support to the Proven IT Help Desk which is the first line of support for our customersTier I will communicate and work as a team with Tier II and Tier III to solve a customer's issuesWorks with clients over the phone to investigate issues and provide solutionsDocuments calls and resolutions to ensure continuity throughout the teamBe able to rotate schedules if needed.Help Desk Technician QualificationsActive DoD Secret clearanceCompTIA Security+ certificationCustomer Service experienceAbout Joint Strategic Technologies (JST)No objective is beyond reach!
