Role Description

The Director of Site Operations will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure site efficiency, deliver operational excellence, and achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, streamlining business processes, driving operational improvements, and developing strategies for ongoing success. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management to oversee daily site functions and optimize workflows
• Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Expertise in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement
• Strong Strategic Planning skills to drive long-term operational goals
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively
• Experience in clinical research and familiarity with regulatory compliance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

15–25 hours/week initially

2–3 days onsite
