POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Associate – Long Term Care Insurance Billing Specialist will be responsible for intake, billing, and claims processing for all Caring People clients with LTC insurance.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $30 per Hour/62,400 Salary

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Three to five years of related experience

· Bachelors degree in accounting preferred

· Service industry a plus

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the agency

· Proficiency in Excel

· Proficiency in additional accounting software

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

**Must Have Experience Working With Long Term Care Insurance Policies**

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Verification of LTC Benefits

· Assist the clients in completing LTC Insurance Claim Forms

· Submit tax forms and supporting documentation to insurance companies

· Act as a liaison between insurance companies and clients

· Responsible for the invoice and collection process for LTC clients

· Assist the finance team with billing and collection process of all other clients (as required)

· Ad HOC projects

· Assists other employees where needed;

· Is responsible and cooperative with clients/families, supervisors, fellow employees;
