About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Production Operator, you will contribute to all phases of the team-oriented production and packaging process by operating automated equipment, supporting equipment maintenance and hygiene, and ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 2nd Hours: 3PM 11:00 PM Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $21.00 $22.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to meet food specifications
• Maintain equipment settings and ensure materials and supplies are available when needed
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make minor adjustments or escalate as required
• Support preventative maintenance, hygiene, and sanitation of production equipment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety requirements
• Assist with standardizing procedures to improve line efficiency and product quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and loud production environments
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating procedures
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMP compliance

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment
