Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working in K-1 or similar early childhood settings

• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to implement them effectively
• Excellent classroom management capabilities, with flexibility and patience
• Strong collaboration skills for working with aides, therapists, families, and administrative staff
