RN Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by a physicianMonitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weightProvide basic wound care, including cleaning and dressingAdminister injections and immunizationsMaintain accurate and detailed medical historiesDeliver compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
