Microsoft 365 Product Owner/Manager

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Product Owner to lead the vision, adoption, and lifecycle management of Microsoft collaboration and productivity solutions. This role will be responsible for maximizing business value from Microsoft investments, driving user adoption, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft 365 expertise with product management experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Microsoft product portfolio, including licensing, vendor relationships, budgeting, roadmap planning, and alignment with business goals.
Develop product strategies through market analysis, business case development, competitive research, and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with engineering, security, architecture, user experience, and vendor teams to successfully deliver and support Microsoft-based solutions.
Drive enterprise adoption, utilization, and measurable business outcomes for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related technologies.
Gather customer feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and translate business needs into product improvements and new service offerings.
Stay current on Microsoft product roadmaps, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide strategic product direction.
Serve as Product Owner within Agile teams by defining requirements, creating user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Monitor key performance indicators including adoption, engagement, user satisfaction, training effectiveness, and product health.
Lead organizational change management, communication planning, and release readiness activities for new product launches and enhancements.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational security standards, governance requirements, and applicable financial services regulations.

Required Experience

2+ years of experience driving enterprise adoption and business value realization for Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
2+ years of experience leading technology initiatives, strategic analysis, or solution implementation within a B2B environment.
2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, technology, security, and vendor teams.
Experience working within Agile product delivery environments and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and user experience.
