Project Superintendent

SuperintendentAt AnderCorp, we're looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team and help lead the successful delivery of exceptional construction projects. If you're a proven field leader who thrives on building strong teams, maintaining a safe and organized jobsite, and delivering projects with excellence, we want to hear from you.As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as a key representative of AnderCorp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.Key responsibilities include:Leading and promoting a strong jobsite safety cultureManaging daily field operations and onsite coordinationDriving project schedules and subcontractor performanceMaintaining quality control and adherence to plans and specificationsCoordinating inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activitiesLeading trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetingsCollaborating closely with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partnersSupporting project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolutionWhat we're looking for:High School DiplomaBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of construction experience5+ years of field supervision experienceStrong understanding of construction means and methodsProven leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsExperience with construction technology, scheduling software, and project management platformsAt AnderCorp, we're committed to building more than projects.
