• Proficient surface preparation techniques
• Expert application of paint using various methods (brush, roller, spray)
• Detailed attention to quality
• Ability to execute the work order on time or ahead of time
• Strong understanding of paint types and materials
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to work as a team or independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Adherence to safety protocols
• Demonstrating mastery in all aspects of painting
