Here's why: What Actually Makes This Different: 37‑hour workweek (not 40–45+ like most clinics) Friday ends at noon – enjoy your weekends early Built‑in treatment model for comprehensive patient care 1‑hour lunch breaks on full days No evenings or weekends – ever Your Schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu: 8 AM–6 PM Wed: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM Fri: 8 AM–12 PM The Work: Outpatient orthopedics & MSK conditions Manual therapy, movement‑based rehab, Pilates integration Whole‑person, integrative care approach Collaborative team treatment model with PTs, PTAs, NPs, and massage therapists Modern EMR system (no clunky tech) Supportive environment with mentorship available What You Need: DPT or MPT degree MN PT license (or eligible for licensure) Interest in patient‑centered, integrative care All experience levels welcome – new grads encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits: Health insurance coverage Generous PTO + paid holidays Professional development & CE support Modern, spacious clinic environment Why This Role Exists: We opened Wellspring Health Center because we were tired of watching great PTs leave the profession due to burnout.
