Critical Care/ICU Nurse Practitioner

CURAtive

Texas APP locums, centered on a true 7 on, 7 off CVICU block with Epic workflow and strong MD support, designed to fit cleanly into a predictable monthly rhythm.

Highlights

7 on, 7 off block schedule, ideal for stacking travel or protecting off weeks
Full scope CVICU service, a focused environment for clinicians who enjoy high acuity cardiac care
Epic charting
Growth driven need with an initial 90 day commitment and potential to extend
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days

Practice Setting

Inpatient CVICU coverage, adults only
Service averages 35 to 40 patients per day with 5 to 8 assigned for rounding
APP team model with 1 to 2 other APPs plus MD support

Schedule

7 on, 7 off rotation
12 hour shifts, 7a to 7p
No call requirement

Standard bedside procedures

Requirements

Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board certification required
Active Texas license required, facility will not wait for license
