Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Palliative Care

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its inpatient Palliative Care team in Mission Viejo, California. This role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered palliative care to hospitalized patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams. Position Details Full-time inpatient position 4,10-hour shifts schedule Team-based, hospital setting Strong autonomy within a mission-driven medical group Variable schedule including weekends and evenings Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $159,533 and $206,335 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
