Position Overview Sight Sea Travel is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused representativeto join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting with travel planning, bookings, and ongoing support before, during, and after their trips. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner Assist clients with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, and excursions. Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach. Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and communication logs. Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and needs. Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members and travel suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required; travel industry experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Outstanding problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, online booking systems, and social media platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences. Preferred Skills Experience with travel booking platforms such as Expedia, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems. Sales, cross-selling, or upselling experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements.
