Additional whole and term life insurance Short and long term disability Paid holidays 401k with company match Responsibilities: Dispatches and arranges schedules for drivers and vehicles; assigns driver routes, destinations, and timelines Coordinates with drivers to resolve any issues, problems, or concerns that arise during delivery Dispatches drivers in a systematic order to ensure there is no overlapping or backtracking of routes Collaborates with stores and advises of drivers’ schedules; addresses any concerns or route changes Reviews reports to identify priority for deliveries to ensure that locations have an adequate supply of petroleum products Answers and responds to incoming calls related to fuel outages at stores; works with internal partners to resolve issues Maintains working knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and Department of Transportation (DOT) and company policies, guidelines, and procedures Provides timely communication of critical events that need to be considered and/or addressed by management Completes departmental reporting as needed Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management Requirements: BA/BS Preferred Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
