IFS Application Support

7+ years of strong hands-on experience with IFS ERP. Strong preference for people with experience in IFS Apps 7. Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the IFS system. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues. ITIL Processes: Understanding of ITIL processes related to Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management and Problem Management. Database Concepts: Knowledge of database systems e.g., Oracle, Knowledge of database concepts and the ability to assist users with data extraction. Experience running update scripts. Business Acumen: Understanding of how the IFS system supports business operations. Business Expertise in Manufacturing Processes such as Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Shop Floor Reporting, Material and Resource Planning and experience with specific IFS modules like Finance or Supply Chain. Desirable Skills: Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Experience using Crystal Reports and Power BI to create custom user reports. Experience with IFS DOP functionality.
