Experienced Personal Injury Associate AttorneyThe Lovely Law Firm is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing plaintiff's practice. This is not an entry-level training position. We are looking for an attorney with real personal injury experience who can step in, manage cases, evaluate liability and damages, negotiate with insurance companies, work with clients, and help move files toward successful resolution.If you are a personal injury attorney who wants better support, better systems, better case opportunities, and a clear path to higher earnings, this may be the right fit.We are offering $150,000–$175,000 in first-year guaranteed compensation, depending on experience. After the first year, the attorney will have the opportunity to transition into our attorney production/commission compensation plan, which is designed to reward performance and create significant upside. For the right candidate, we may also consider a signing bonus.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate has:5+ years of personal injury experienceExperience handling auto wreck, motorcycle, premises liability, dog bite, trucking, or serious injury casesStrong negotiation skillsAbility to evaluate liability, causation, damages, and case valueExperience dealing with insurance adjusters and defense counselStrong client communication skillsThe ability to manage a caseload without needing basic trainingLitigation experienceSmart Advocate Experience is a plusSouth Carolina Bar admission requiredWhat You Will DoYou will be responsible for:Managing a personal injury caseloadReviewing liability, damages, medical treatment, coverage, and case strategyCommunicating with clients and guiding them through the case processNegotiating settlements with insurance carriersPreparing cases for litigation when neededWorking with paralegals, case managers, and leadership to move cases efficientlyHelping maximize case value while delivering excellent client serviceWhy Join The Lovely Law Firm?At The Lovely Law Firm, we are building a modern, aggressive, systems-driven personal injury practice.
