Property Inspector: NSPIRE/HUD Compliance Expert
The Quest Organization
The Quest Organization is seeking a Property Inspector to perform comprehensive inspections across an affordable multifamily portfolio. You will conduct 100% unit inspections and assess properties against HUD NSPIRE standards, while managing punch-list inspections of new and renovated units prior to occupancy. This role requires travel to portfolio properties and collaboration with property management, construction teams, contractors, and development staff, ensuring quality, compliance, and #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quest Organization
