Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a stamping and welded assembly plant. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.

• Dismantle defective machines and equipment, installing new or repaired parts as needed.

• Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers and wiring.

• Repair automated machinery and equipment, such as Fanuc robots.

Essential Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance and electrical systems.

• Proficiency in robotics, particularly Fanuc robots.

• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers and automation.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience in welding and repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Fanuc Robot Troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds.

• Understanding of inputs/outputs (IO).

• Experience in robotic spot welding.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
