Location: Franklin, TN
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM until work is completed (typically around 2:00 PM)

We're looking for a dependable Associate Pharmacy Clerk to join a busy Optum pharmacy team in Franklin, TN . In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time by packing and preparing approximately 250–300 prescription orders each day .

Responsibilities:

• Pack prescription orders accurately by following computer prompts.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent packing errors.
• Arrive on time and ready to begin production at the scheduled start time.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Lift up to 40 pounds approximately 30–40 times per day .
• Stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per shift).
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.
• Follow workplace safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work diligently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
• No pharmacy license or certification required.

Dress Code:

• Athleisure or scrubs
• Closed-toe shoes required
