Shipping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping Manager to oversee daily shipping operations and ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Shipping Manager will lead the shipping team, coordinate outgoing shipments, and help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.


Responsibilities:


Oversee daily shipping operations and workflow
Supervise, train, and support shipping staff
Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and customers
Ensure orders, quantities, labels, and shipping documents are accurate
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or issues
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of products
Monitor productivity and help improve shipping processes
Enforce company policies and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area
Assist with inventory, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed


Qualifications:


Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers and shipping/inventory software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move packages as needed
Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
