Responsibilities Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional campaigns and community outreach. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up with prospective customers and customer inquiries. Assist with preparing and organizing promotional materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Communicate customer feedback to team members. Support customer engagement and business development activities. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong relationship-building abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
