Position Overview:

We are seeking a Powder Coater / Industrial Painter to join our growing manufacturing and production team. This hands-on role is responsible for applying high-quality powder coating finishes to metal components in a fast-paced factory and warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in powder coating, painting, industrial finishing, or related manufacturing work and takes pride in producing durable, consistent, high-quality finishes. Experience as a powder coater or painter is highly valued, but training may be available for strong candidates . We are urgently hiring dependable individuals with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coating evenly and accurately to metal components
• Prepare, clean, sand, mask, and hang parts for powder coating and painting processes
• Maintain consistent coating thickness, finish quality, and durability standards
• Perform quality control inspections on finished products and coated parts
• Operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, ovens, and related machine operator equipment
• Clean and maintain spray booths, coating systems, and production equipment daily
• Perform routine maintenance on powder coating systems and painting equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials through the organized warehouse and production floor
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production workspace
• Support daily manufacturing, factory, and production operations
• Work independently and as part of a production team
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Experience in powder coating, painting, industrial finishing, and manufacturing
• Previous experience as a powder coater, painter, or production associate preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing, warehouse, or factory environments
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial and production setting
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes , and other appropriate protective clothing
