Entry-Level Materials Production Manufacturing Technician - Advanced Materials

Poly6 is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Production Technician to support the production of advanced polymer and composite materials. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and perform in-process inspections to ensure safety, quality, and consistency. You’ll assist with mixing and preparing materials, recording production data, and helping troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues. Working closely with engineers and scientists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll learn modern manufacturing methods and help scale innovative materials from lab to full production.
