Our Branch Managers create an atmosphere where employees are motivated to contribute to the community and achieve their goals.Target base salary range is $41,000 - $66,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.In the roleBuild a customer focused environment, ensuring all lending options are presented and modeling excellence in serviceConduct engaging meetings that motivate and align the team with branch goalsManage training on branch operations, compliance and collections, providing real time coaching to ensure team members effectively apply their knowledgeOversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing mutually beneficial solutionsAttract and cultivate high quality, diverse talent to build a strong team that aligns with OneMain values and goalsProvide actionable feedback to support team members growth and promote a culture of continuous improvementInspire high performance while ensuring adherence to policies and regulationsPrioritize and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing strategic thinking to adapt to challengesWork closely with peers and management, remaining open to feedback and continuously seek professional growth.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma/GEDLeadership experience with coaching and leading a teamProven experience with meeting sales goalsAbility to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where requiredPreferred RequirementsCollege degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experienceLOCATION: On siteSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shiftsWho we AreA career with OneMain offers you the potential to earn an annual salary plus incentives.
