While a passion for high-end, exclusive allocations is essential, 80% of this role is execution. You will lead our backend operations—spreadsheet auditing, QuickBooks logging, distributor relations, and inventory management—while maintaining a poised, sophisticated presence for our luxury clientele on the floor. If you have a sharp eye for numbers, a background in luxury hospitality, and the professional maturity to run a tight ship with a small, elite team, you will thrive here. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Buying Operations Data & Logistics: Own the inventory lifecycle. Manage purchase orders, audit invoices, and handle daily/weekly reconciliation using QuickBooks and our POS system. Distributor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding allocations, delivery schedules, pricing discrepancies, and vintage transitions. Stock Mastery: Maintain a flawless storage and display system to ensure zero gaps in high-velocity or rare items. Client Relations & Floor Management Curated Service: Provide sophisticated, low-pressure, high-touch assistance to a discerning clientele looking for luxury and rare allocations. Independent Problem Solving: Confidently manage client requests, delivery logistics, and daily operational hiccups calmly and autonomously. What You Bring to the Table Professional Maturity: 2+ years of experience blending premium hospitality/retail (fine dining, luxury retail, or floor management) with administrative ownership (data entry, basic bookkeeping, or operations). A \"Numbers Brain\": You don't need an accounting degree, but you must be someone who genuinely cares about accuracy and notices when an invoice is off by a dollar. Wine IQ & Curiosity: An organized mind and a drive to learn matter most.
