HR Generalist/Recruiter
$75kRandstad is seeking a seasoned, results-driven HR Generalist/Recruiter to join a Cleveland, TN manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind staffing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume entry-level positions (e.g., packaging, production, warehousing) and specialized skilled trades (e.g., technical machine operators, maintenance technicians, supervisors, etc). The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of a manufacturing floor and possesses the grit, organizational skills, and communication prowess to keep production fully staffed with quality talent. Skills and Knowledge should include:

- Proven ability to recruit for a mix of hourly/blue-collar and technical/skilled roles.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing shift structures, safety cultures, and local labor market trends.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and extending offers.
- Dual-Track Talent Sourcing:
- Implement high-volume sourcing strategies for entry-level production roles.
- Utilize targeted headhunting, networking, and niche job boards to recruit highly skilled technical talent and tradespeople.
- Implement high-volume sourcing strategies for entry-level production roles.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with Plant Managers, Supervisors, and Shift Leads to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and skill gaps.
- Community & Network Building: Represent the company at local job fairs, trade schools, community organizations, and workforce development centers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, respectful, and efficient onboarding experience for all applicants, from initial contact to their first day on the floor.
- HRIS & Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws (EEOC, FLSA, etc.).
