Looking for experienced Thread Roll Operator with expertise in aerospace fasteners, precision blueprint reading, machine setup, and quality inspection using advanced measuring equipment. Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and company match PTO/vacation policy Paid holidays Bonus programs Tuition reimbursement/training Job Details We are looking for an experienced Thread Roll Operator with expertise in aerospace fasteners, precision blueprint reading, machine setup, and quality inspection using advanced measuring equipment. Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift available Days: Monday-Friday Job Requirements: Set up and operate thread rolling machines, including automatic and hand-fed equipment. Read and interpret process instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, comparators, microscopes, thread gauges, and tri-rolls. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. Verify dimensions and thread specifications to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing is highly desirable. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
