You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer. This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office.
