RN Supervisor
Parkview is actively hiring an RN Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, leadership, and operational support during the night shift. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining care quality, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a clinical leader and escalation point while supporting nursing operations overnight.

- Full-Time Nights (11PM - 7AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision as the RN Supervisor across assigned night shift units
- Support nursing staff with clinical guidance, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Monitor resident care and intervene when clinical concerns arise
- Address staffing, workflow, and operational issues in real time
- Ensure documentation, policies, and clinical standards are followed
- Communicate shift updates and concerns to nursing leadership
Qualifications
- Current state RN license required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
