Hospitalist Physician

Coverage Needed :

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• 7 on, 7 off
• Must be flexible and willing to work days or nights
• Shift Times: 7am-7pm, 6pm-6am, 7pm-7am

Clinical Details :

• Number of Patients Rounding on per Day: 18-22
• Support Staff: NP, Intensivist in ICU during day shift, Intensivist NP during night shift, On site administrative support M-F, weekends by phone
• No specific procedures required
• Daily Census: 13-150 (160 total daily encounters on average)
• Grand Rounds: Providers are required to attend MDR's daily

Requirements :

• Flexibility in Schedule:
  • Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
  • Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
• Active TN License
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
