Sales Representative - Houston - Interventional Spine (Pain Specialist)

Field-based sales representative position focused on selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products to physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers in the Houston territory. The role combines consultative selling, clinical procedure support, and territory management within the pain management market.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within assigned geographic territory to achieve sales objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff
• Support product evaluations and clinical procedures in operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations
• Develop territory plans to identify new business opportunities and increase market share

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures
• Experience in medical device, spine, or interventional pain management sales (preferred)
• Experience calling on hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgery centers (preferred)
