This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the hiring, training, scheduling, and development of team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage inventory, labor, and payroll efficiently
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
• Use guest feedback tools, including Ovation, to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive results and build a strong culture
• Support special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• A hands-on, team-first leadership style
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, R365, or similar restaurant management systems
• Food Safety Management certification (or willingness to obtain)
