Position Highlights: 7 On / 7 Off Schedule – Predictable rotation with approximately 6-hour shifts per day. Low Burnout Risk – Spend less time on shift while still making a meaningful impact. Nurse Practitioner Support – Work with an experienced NP to assist with rounding . Inpatient Rounding Only – No additional clinic responsibilities.
