Restaurant Service Manager

Compensation Pay Range (Base Pay): $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 Other Types of Compensation: Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave. Responsibilities Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations during shifts. Act as a Brand Ambassador, upholding company standards and creating memorable experiences for guests. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a “better for being here” mentality. Share in the financial success of the restaurant through an uncapped bonus program. Motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Strong P&L knowledge. Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and State health codes. Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, HotSchedules, and managing a team.
