Warehouse Production Line Lead

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Temp to Hire Production Line Lead in Wilmer, Texas — offering weekly pay and a career you can feel good about. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour Additional Pay: $0.50 per hour shift differential Schedule: Night Shift - Monday-Thursday 6pm-4:30am Benefits Warehouse positions paid each week On the job paid training Safety gear provided Safety is always the first priority State-of-the-art equipment Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year or more simple mathematical calculations preferred One (1) year or more operating a computer and hand-held scanner preferred One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred One (1) year or more previous production experience preferred Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems at the same time Ability to react to change positively and handle additional tasks as required Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus preferred Advanced proficiency/knowledge and/or experience with production assembly lines Responsibilities Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines Makes sure correct customer product is on the line Trains line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements Makes sure units/pallets are packed correctly Perform other duties as assigned Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
