We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Java with strong server-side Java development experience to build and enhance high-performance trading applications in the Fixed Income domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scalable, low-latency applications, working with both modern and legacy systems, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders including traders, sales, and operations teams.

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Java with strong server-side Java development experience to build and enhance high-performance trading applications in the Fixed Income domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scalable, low-latency applications, working with both modern and legacy systems, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders including traders, sales, and operations teams.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Core Java and server-side application development
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience working with both legacy and modern enterprise applications
- Fixed Income domain experience, particularly US Treasuries or Interest Rate Swaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users
- Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-powered CLI development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field .
