Our client, a leading organization in the clinical research sector, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Maryland
Pay Range: $35-41/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, selection, offer development, and onboarding coordination, ensuring a seamless process from requisition approval through candidate start date.
Develop a thorough understanding of business units, projects, and functional departments to provide strategic recruiting support and talent acquisition best practices.
Serve as a credible and trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition initiatives.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and online recruitment tools.
Assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit against position requirements and organizational needs.
What's Needed?
Experience serving as the sole Corporate Recruiter, independently managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder partnership.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and drive recruitment initiatives with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated success building strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
