IT Operations Associate II (US Only)

About the Role

The IT Operations Associate II position is part of the IT support team ensuring that our process workflows work as expected to meet SLA requirements for our print mail business line which supports major clients in the financial and health business, among others to fulfill their communications requirements with their clients. This position is responsible for level 1 and 2 support, serving as point of contact for issue resolution, both by itself and in coordination with other teams. Following operational procedures, privacy policies and good communication and continuous improvement is a must.

Work Schedule

Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm - 1am ET

Responsibilities

• Creation, follow up and communication of incidents
• Ability to remain calm and with attention to detail under time pressure situations
• Consistency in monitoring and procedure follow up and execution
• Applying technical know-how to assess and troubleshoot issues
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams
• Identify recurring issues to address and resolve permanently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT related fields, support, infrastructure, or development is preferred
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good technical skills with Windows Servers
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Experience troubleshooting issues between multiple applications/servers in a given workflow
• Willing to learn new software tools and procedures
• Adaptability to manage changes in procedures and requirements
• Flexibility to cover for other teammates when needed
• Excellent communication skills to acknowledge, follow up and close issues and cooperate with teammates and other teams in a timely manner

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $32,000 ($15.38/hr) - $41,600 ($20/hr)
