Customer Engineer

Engaging with prospective customers, the full-time Customer Engineer will design and implement solutions using open-source technologies, onboard clients to Diagrid Cloud, and provide architecture guidance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Understand customer needs and pain points to create tailored solutions using Diagrid products Conduct customer demos, build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions, and offer architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies Aggregate customer feedback to inform product features and strategic direction within the company Required qualifications 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems Developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions Familiarity with open-source software and Git-based version control systems
