Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily meal production for patients, staff, and visitors in our faith-based healthcare setting. This role prepares and leads high-volume, nutritious cooking that meets medical diets, food safety, and quality standards while reflecting our mission of compassion and whole-person care. The Lead Cook organizes kitchen operations, supports and trains team members, coordinates service times, and helps manage inventory and waste.
