Senior Buyer

To support procurement initiatives, the full-time Senior Buyer will analyze purchasing requisitions, maintain supplier lists, and negotiate terms while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze purchasing requisitions for clarity and completeness, ensuring proper documentation and authorization Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation, evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms Manage purchase orders, maintain auditable files, and provide guidance to lower-level Buyers as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field 3+ years of related work experience in purchasing Knowledge of purchasing practices in the engineering and construction industry Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Proficiency in utilizing Costpoint is preferred
