Responsibilities:

Coordinate with other team leads to ensure a smooth operation.
Create an effective team environment.
Coach and counsel team members on their performance and provide guidance to help them improve customer service and overall performance.
Ensure that standards of conduct are met by team members.
Oversee the conduct of meetings and special events.
Supervise other administrative or assistant staff.
