Computer Hardware PackerPlanITROI is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Computer Hardware Packer to join our growing Center of Excellence production team in Youngsville, NC. This role is an important part of our mission to build the world's greatest repair and refurbishment operation. As a Computer Hardware Packer, you help ensure that laptops, desktops, monitors, and IT equipment are packed safely, accurately, and professionally so they arrive ready for their next life with a customer, student, family, business, or organization that needs affordable technology. This is a Temp-to-Perm role with a 90-day conversion opportunity.Days: Monday-FridayHours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PMRate: $12.00 - 13.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesCarefully package laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories following the PlanITROI quality standardsInspect all items before packing to ensure they meet shipment and quality requirementsVerify products against labeling for accuracy and completenessUse proper packing materials to protect equipment during transitLabel and stage product in accordance with company proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport inventory control by monitoring packing supplies and reporting shortagesCollaborate with Shipping, Inventory, and Production teams to meet daily targetsFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, packing, or shipping experience (1+ year preferred)Basic understanding of computer hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow structured processes and meet productivity goalsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven production environmentExperience in ITAD, electronics recycling, or refurbishment operations is desiredFamiliarity with handheld scanners and inventory controlBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftPlanITROI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
