Quality Inspector - Cullman, AL
Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring Quality Inspectors to support a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL.
Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for inspecting materials, conducting quality checks, documenting results, and ensuring products meet company quality standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in quality inspection, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or production environments.
Responsibilities
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products.
• Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine testing and accurately record inspection results.
• Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to production and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Follow quality procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Position Details
Location: Cullman, AL
Pay Rate: $18.50
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Available Schedules:
• 2nd Mid Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Must be available to work every other weekend.
Requirements
• Previous experience in quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Experience working with raw materials and finished products preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend.
