Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–5
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Work required weekends per scheduling guidelines (6 shifts per 6-week schedule)
• Adhere to facility dress code and all compliance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal
• Background must be free of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated schedule flexibility
