HR Generalist: Build a Multi-Site People Program

Fidler and Associates

Fidler and Associates is creating its first dedicated Human Resources role to build a compliant, scalable HR function for the Winchester and Woodstock offices. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and policy development while partnering with the COO on payroll and compliance. As the sole HR presence, you will shape policies, manage vendor relationships, and drive employee engagement as the practice grows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
