Job Title

Main Responsibility and Duties

1. Count good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking
2. Identify and report any machine downtime
3. Insert material into/removing them from the systems
4. Ensure the use of the 5S methodology at the workstation
5. Work through cleaning and inspection plans
6. Perform the machining steps set out in the work plan
7. Confirm the good parts, rejected parts and parts that require reworking, the machining time and downtime and the reasons for any deviations in the defined ERP system
8. Execute the material request and the material consumption posting in the defined ERP system
9. Pack and label produced parts as per the defined specifications
10. Carry out defined quality checks
11. Use individual systems and/or implementing multi-system operation
12. Start/restart systems as per the documentation or specifications
13. Fix temporary machine interruptions that fall within the defined responsibility
14. Escalate technical problems in line with the defined escalation matrix
15. Carrying out set-up process
