Work Mode: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 months, possible extension
Responsibilities
Work member gap lists to search EMRs and pull qualifying records.
Audit submitted records for validation.
Review 80 100 charts per day.
Collaborate with the team to ensure HEDIS care gaps are closed.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement or healthcare-related fields.
Working knowledge of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Must be very familiar with HEDIS measures and technical specifications.
Ability to pass measure tests with 95% or higher.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Strong HEDIS measure experience.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
Team collaboration skills and a driven focus on tasks.
