Pet Care Concierge, Guest Experience Specialist

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Columbus location. You’ll greet pet parents, answer calls, and guide clients through our services while maintaining a welcoming, pet-friendly atmosphere. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to handle occasional busy moments with grace.
