Billing Assistant Location: Avon, MA - Onsite Compensation: Up to $55K annually, or $23-$26/hour for part-time Position Summary Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Assistant to support their billing and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills and an interest in accounting or billing. Responsibilities Review field technicians’ time tickets for accuracy and completeness Enter and process technician time tickets in the company’s system Prepare and process customer invoices for annual testing applications Perform accurate and timely data entry Assist with general billing-related tasks Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with data entry and computer systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to review information for accuracy and identify discrepancies Prior billing, invoicing, administrative, or accounting experience is a plus Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Benefits Benefits apply to full-time employees only: Medical insurance 100% paid by the company 401(k) with a 3% guaranteed employer contribution, fully vested immediately Profit sharing - typically 5% annually KBW789 #J-18808-Ljbffr
